Stripe Kings provides parking lot striping, pressure washing, and sealcoating services for commercial and residential properties. Our services are subject to these Terms of Service.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates and quotes provided by Stripe Kings are based on the information provided by the client and our assessment of the project requirements. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

3. Scheduling and Performance

We will make every effort to perform services at the scheduled time. However, we reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment is due upon completion of services for residential clients and within 30 days of invoice date for commercial clients. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Stripe Kings warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. Specific warranties for different services will be provided in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, abuse, accidents, or acts of nature.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and service requirements, ensuring access to the work area, and removing vehicles and personal property from the work area as needed. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in service delays or additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stripe Kings' liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or damage caused by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Stripe Kings name, logo, website, and all content therein are the property of Stripe Kings and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
